The KOSAIDO International Golf Club Düsseldorf offers you in addition to the various possibilities in the field of golf also the unique combination of golf with culinary delights of the restaurant which is integrated in the KOSAIDO Golf Club. Our stately Clubhouse offers the fitting rooms for many different types of events. The combination of golf, gourmet & business joined under one roof offers you a unique possibility.

We will organize your golf tournament ourselves and under one roof. Use the possibilities of optimal traffic connections from all directions, the very good parking facilities and let your golfing day or your golf tournament become an unforgettable occurrence. In the following we will present our golf offer with all additional services and options.

Reception

The entrance hall is the perfect place to receive your guests and also permits tournament registration at a special counter. We provide you with starting lists and score cards and will produce a results printout afterwards.

We will be happy to combine the reception of your guests with a tasty breakfast or some finger food so that the participants can go strengthened on their rounds. In addition to or as an alternative to a breakfast, we can give the participants a food package for their rounds.

Presentation of your brand

There are (almost) no limits for your personal branding: from flags on the park grounds, banners on the house or display and other decorations in the house. With us you will find the best conditions and presentation possibilities. You can also use your brand for presentation on the golf course. On the day of your golf tournament the start markings and the hole flags belong to you. Banners and other displays can also be used on the course.

We also offer you the possibility of rental of a 33 m² LED screen which can be positioned for you behind the Clubhouse for coverage of your tournament or for presentation of an image trailer of your brand. Further information about our LED screen can be found at

Locker room possibilities / Wellness

Lockers for your guests will be allocated free of charge when they register. This gives you the possibility of putting little surprises in the lockers of each participant. We are also happy to lable the lockers with the names of your guests. Our offer also includes in addition to the simple locker room the usage of our sauna for the ladies and sauna and Japanese bath for the men. That way the players can refresh themselves after their rounds and relax in the wellness area.

Buggies

Depending on the weather, you can use the comfort of our buggies on the golf course. Our 40 buggies make it possible for 80 players to have a pleasant golf round in our sporty course nestled in the “Bergisches Land”.

Snack Station

For golf tournaments, it is common to build a snack station at hole nine so that the players can enter the second half of the 18 holes well nourished. There are different variations of these. Small snack stations offer only beverages, fruit and muesli bars which are provided and available on a table.
Larger snack stations are built up in a tent in which our service personnel offer food and drink. You can determine which food and drinks are offered according to your individual wishes.

After Golf Reception

The participants meet for a reception after the tournament either in the foyer or on one of the two wonderful terraces. We would be happy to organize for example a champagne reception at stand-up tables with finger food. We will prepare all this individually according to your desires.

Dinner

Facilities are available for meals with a capacity of up to 130 people. In our cupola room in the upper floor, one can enjoy, for example, on round tables for 10 persons each the crowning conclusion of the day. The composition of delicious menus or buffets or even a combination of both (2-3 served courses and a dessert-cheese buffet) open for you possibilities with many variations. With the inclusion of the restaurant and bar, stiff seating arrangements are made more informal and can thereby lead to better communication among your guests.

Musicians/band and an entertainment program

For a special program for an award ceremony/evening event, a group of musicians can be engaged who play soft music during the meal and afterwards play dance music until the end of the evening. As an alternative or as an addition, a solo entertainer can be engaged with his special program. We have had very good experience with ventriloquists and jugglers. They can create a relaxed atmosphere during the event. Whether a band or recorded music, you have the choice and the best: with us you can celebrate into the early morning hours since we set (almost) no limits.
