International welcoming culture

In 1989 the Kosaido International Golf Club Düsseldorf was founded by the Japanese company “Kosaido Development Ltd.” and has now operated for over 20 years.

The golf course was a regular meeting point for executives of Japanese companies in North Rhine-Westphalia and the linchpin for the Japanese community in Düsseldorf. The Japanese golf course architect Hirochika recognized the unique topography of the site and made this unique golf experience possible at the gates of Düsseldorf. The Japanese roots in Kosaido are still very much appreciated today.

The Kosaido has been in German family ownership since 2009 and is the centrepiece of golfers from all over the world. Due to the international orientation of the German owners, Kosaido has developed into one of the top clubs in Europe and was the venue for the Pro Golf Tour for Europe’s young professionals with great success in 2015 and 2016.

Kosaido has been a member of the World of Leading Golf Europe since 2017. The golf club has presented itself to this day as an 18-hole championship of the highest international class.

Kosaido is not only the number 1 address for those starting out in golf, but also your home for challenging sports with an 18-hole championship course in an international class. The Kosaido Youngsters between 18 and 35 years of age provide a breath of fresh air in Kosaido and with numerous events and activities for fun playing golf together.

Working on the handicap together! This is what our various teams and our weekly events offer. Whether senior or youngster, we have the right teams and trainers for our members of every age. And after a round of golf, the fun continues.

Members of the Kosaido Club have many advantages. In addition to the classics such as the clubhouse, sauna and use of space, there are also internal club tournaments and championships. Our members play green fee-free during the week and benefit from exclusive discounts.

Our members also benefit from private celebrations! Because the rental of the spacious and diverse event rooms does not apply to members.

Since 2009, Kosaido has been a private German family-owned golf club and is run by the owners with an international focus. With a lot of heart and soul and passion, while respecting the Japanese roots, the owners have developed Kosaido into a pioneer of an international welcoming culture.

After a round on the golf course, you can quickly make new friends on our sun terrace. Enjoy Japanese and European specialities in our club restaurant with an open fireplace, sun terrace and a wonderful view of the golf course. It does not always have to be those specialities however, popular classics such as burgers or fresh salads are always on the menu – and the right drink at any time of the day.
